I had a group of pupils out in the grounds yesterday doing litter picking. These shrubs are beautiful but they do collect the litter. We stopped to admire the beautiful autumn colours. Our colours don't seen so vivid this year but this little patch is resplendent in yellow and orange.

Autumn colours in the school grounds.
I had a group of pupils out in the grounds yesterday doing litter picking. These shrubs are beautiful but they do collect the litter. We stopped to admire the beautiful autumn colours. Our colours don't seen so vivid this year but this little patch is resplendent in yellow and orange.

Beautiful! Autumn is my favorite season, and now it's gone for another whole year ... sigh!
ReplyDeleteoh, my........it's breathtaking! our autumn color is not usually quite so pronounced, but since we are having an unusually cold weather pattern, it really is a lovely treat for us, too. i will need to take some pictures.
