St Maixent
St Maixent is the only town we visited while i was there. The rest of the time was spent admiring the countryside. This is a beautiful well preserved medieval town.
sadly not, my sister is quite fluent now but no, I'm afraid I don't speak french. I have thought about taking classes and trying to learn once I retire.
I thought the same as nemo about our modern artifacts. Still this is a lovely place. Another surprising thing for me is you didn't get any people in the photos.
