St Andrews sailing boats
A visit to St Andrews on Friday, the weather was fantastic and the sailing club gave a memorable performance. Plenty of artistic inspiration here with so much colour every where.
I love to see a regatta. We get quite a few on the Cleddau estuary near her, because it's a really wide waterway, sheltered from the worst storms but not so much that it's not good for sailing.
that particular bit is the cathedral but there is a historic castle as well, they are very close together but not quite on the same site. the cathederal dates from 1150 and the castle from 1180, I've been round both in the past..........but not this time, this time it was a sand sun and sea day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_Andrews_Castle

yep I think so..............they followed the sail boats out and when one capsized these little boats went over to help. I think they were alerted by people needing help by a big loud siren or fog horn or something similar.
aww that sounds so nice, maybe you should get some little colourful sail boats for little blue and you can sit and watch them and think about when you were a child :-))
