Song Saturday; Van Morrison,Ballerina
One of my favourites, I fell in love with this mans music a very long time ago and it has never lost its charm for me. I especially like this track, from the first album of his I ever (still do) owned.
Hi Roy..oh yes..............I DID pay to see him and would happily pay again. this is one of the first tracks that really made an impression on me, I remember the first time I heard this ................it was, still is, quite magical.
An amazing vocal performance and from a time when music was about loud musical instruments drowning out the vocals. I'm still remembering 'Moondance' and 'Brown Eyed Girl".

ReplyDeleteI discovered Van's music relatively late in life. In my thirties, but glad I did, he's a great artist. Love this song.
