Fields of corn
Just a few pictures of the corn that was growing every where. that area seems to concentrate on oil crops, the sunflowers were grown for oil and so is the corn. Fields and fields of corn growing in the red soil always looks good in the sun.
The land is very fertile around here, it is an agricultural area. These crops are grown for oil not the corn itself, same with the sunflowers, they grow it for oil.
how beautiful. it was not a good season for corn over here this year. it is nice to see it flourishing in your photos.

I like the pale green of the corn against the darker greens of the trees.
ReplyDeleteFertile land in these parts.
ReplyDeleteGuess it must be a profitable crop.
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely.
ReplyDeleteVery nice corn. Maybe this is this valley where the Green Giant gets his corn!

ReplyDeleteThe same scene would also be interesting when the crop is ready. I like the fence jutting out into the image.
