Hi Frank.............this one is Kaylah not Erin, my Erin is 7 and this little one is not quite 5. Your Erin doesn't know what she is missing.......................Kaylah had a wonderful time.
Ahhhhhhhhh now there is a question. The seeds I am going to roast in a little olive oil and then roll them in celery salt and ground black pepper, at least that is what I think the recipe said, I'll have to check to make sure. The pumpkin will be done tomorrow...............it's has been sealed up in my fridge cos I've not had the time to do any thing. Not sure never cooked with pumpkin before........BUT I have found a recipe for pumpkin chutney that i thought I could try. I'll let you know the results.
