Good evening.............any one else having serious problems with the site this evening?? Has taken me forever to get logged in, kept being told the site was unavailable, now I have no pictures or graphics, every thing is so slow its almost impossible to use it. Have lost all the buttons for media locker or my site from the inbox...oh the list is endless ,....big sigh, why does it always happen to my site??Also..........sent letter to customer services on 14th and no reply, hoe long do they usually take???

  1. sorry to hear... I hate when things don't work.... usually these problems are with your local "multiply" server....

  2. I had the same trouble yesterday, it wouldn't let me log in for ages, and when I got on, i couldn't open the inbox and just got a blank page. Just keep trying, it'll sort itself out eventually.

  3. It took Customer Service 4 days to respond to me, problem is still being worked on and this is day 8.

    I am not having problems with the Multiply site.

    I just told Bennett recently that your site, Loretta, takes longer to connect with then any other of my friends, Tasmania is quicker. That is the server, not the site.

    If you need to contact Customer Service again, you will not be able to open a new message until the one from the 14th is resolved. So just open the one from the 14th and write in the comment box, even if it is a different subject.

  4. I looked at User Support Group and Computer Help Group, there are no threads going on with those kinds of problems.

    I can get to your page and it looks fine. You have all your buttons where they should be.

  5. Do you emptyyour cache and temp files? Maybe you were trying to log in when the site was under maintenance. Hope things improve on your end soon.

  6. Loretta, do you remember my old trick with Multiply 3? Sign out of Multiply, then empty cache - temp files, cookies and browsing history. Then sign back into Multiply. If you clean the cache will signed into Multiply, you delete their cookie and could have problems with the site.

  7. How long?? A long time. I am the wrong person to ask as I am a bit down on M these days. All I can say is I did eventually get my background back so there is hope. Mostly don't listen to me I am a cynic I am more likely to advise wine or a gin and tonic.

  13. so sorry you've having so many problems with multiply, loretta,,i'm having none, none that i know of :) i am having problems with my ff though,,it shuts down pretty often and sometimes i lose stuff i'm working on,,no warning in time to save it if it's not already been saved,,hope you get your site back working correctly soon

  14. Good morning, couldn't get back on here last night but things seem a bit better now, still don't have all the buttons I need but it is much better. Have to go to work now, if every thing stays ok I do hope to catch up with you all after work, have a nice day
