May 27-30 2011; Bank Holiday Weekend
A visit to Forfar lock in the afternoon. Bright blue skys when we arrived but by the time we left the rain clouds were back. The last two pictures are taken from my daughters bedroom window. She lives 5 mins from the loch.
Hi Margaret, you could get there so easy from Dundee, its just a bus ride and its so peaceful and beautiful, it makes you feel good just looking at the water and trees and every thing.
not tidal, its inland, the waves started to come up toward the end of the afternoon. The weather changed, dark clouds and the wind started up again, its the wind causing the 'waves'..........
nice shot :)
