Yesterday the wind was quite strong but the sky was blue, the sea was even bluer and the white and red of the harbour buildings made a fantastic contrast. These are not photographs of 'the harbour', although of course thats where they were taken, they are photographic studies of colour, shape and contrast.
cool
ReplyDeletei would love to live by the sea

You are, in my humble opinion, a wonderful artist..
ReplyDeleteGreat contrasts and angles.
ReplyDeleteSo many red lines it makes yer eyes go funny :-))
ReplyDeleteNow this is cool. Another shot that "Less Is More" would be interested in.
ReplyDeleteAnother really good one.
ReplyDeleteThe white wall adds another dimension.
ReplyDeleteReally great shot.
ReplyDeleteAnother good minimalist shot.
ReplyDeleteSuper set, Loretta!!
ReplyDeleteLike it v/much, there's movement in the stillness of it and of course the red gives an eerie sense of drama.
ReplyDeleteThis one's really caught my eye too.
ReplyDeleteI can see a figure in this shot (not really, but imagining it!) of a person not looking out to see but with their back to the camera. An inviting look into a mystery of anonymity.
