Song Saturday; Like a rainbow
This weekend I'm thinking 'COLOUR'...............The summer has gone and we are not as lucky as our American friends in that we don't always enjoy the 'fall colours' they have. Sometimes our colours at this time of year are greys and muted earth tones. Not that there is anything wrong with muted earth tones, except that sometimes you just feel the need for some COLOUR in your life. And thats how I'm feeling now...........in need of colour, and this is a good start.

I agree, would be nice to have those awesome displays of autumn colour that the New England states enjoy. Down here it seems to suddenly go from green to brown. Can't beat a good Stones song.
ReplyDeletei always like this song
ReplyDeleteit has that cool early stones vibe to it
:)
wonderfully done, Loretta! i wish you a colorful day. XO
ReplyDeleteoh yeah. I remember listening to this on cassette while going on trips - by car I'm talking about haha - into the country. As teens, listening to this and lovin' it, cruisin and being mellow.
ReplyDeleteI miss seeing all the lovely colours of autumn too and have always thought how lovely it would be to drive through Maine or one of those places rife with colour.
